I'm a sucker for huge dresses in anime, and CEAL - Victorian Era by *ceal-sakura-ai really gives it the all in that respect, with plenty of detailing. The suggester says "It was hard deciding which piece to suggest, but in the end I went with this one. The dress design is so lovely and really brings out the girl's elegant poise.
